NKF202 is a drug designed to gradually bring vitamin D status to normal levels.
Because of cultural factors, the Chinese population is prone to vitamin D insufficiency and the ever growing pool of evidence showing the importance of vitamin D makes treatment of this condition imperative. PUMC is developing both a supplement (NKF201) and a drug to allow for the gradual replenishment of vitamin D.
