关于乐托尔®
产品介绍
乐托尔®是一种安全、有效的抗腹泻微生态制剂。乐托尔菌株是从正常人体中分离出的嗜酸乳杆菌LB菌株。其在国外已有30余年临床应用经验。协和药业有限公司在1998年初将该产品引入中国。乐托尔经批准的临床适应症为：治疗成人及婴幼儿非器质性急、慢性腹泻。
特殊生产工艺
热处理灭活
嗜酸乳杆菌（LB菌株）经工业发酵后，采用独特的“热处理”灭活工艺制成冻干制剂，为乐托尔散剂或胶囊中含有高浓度的嗜酸乳杆菌灭活菌体提供了保证。

独特的作用机制
乐托尔LB菌株是一种肠细胞粘附剂。通过抑制肠侵袭性病原体对肠细胞的粘附和侵袭，乐托尔可以有效拮抗腹泻进展并迅速改善症状。其作用机制是肠内微生态共生菌群的自然止泻作用。
