NKF201 is a supplement designed to gradually bring vitamin D status to normal levels.
Because of cultural and dietary factors, the Chinese population is prone to vitamin D insufficiency and the ever growing pool of evidence showing the importance of vitamin D makes treatment of this condition imperative. PUMC is developing both a supplement and a drug (NKF202) to allow for the gradual replenishment of vitamin D.
